Take one minute just for you.
1. Sit or stand comfortably.
2. Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
3. Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts.
4. Hold for 4 counts.
5. Exhale gently through your mouth for 6 counts.
6. Repeat for one minute.
Notice how your body feels. This is your moment to reset.
